I went through the same thing. I have three standard things I use.
1. Nylabone petite size Durable Pooch Pacifiers.
2. The small size Kong toys.
3. Planet Dog orbee-tuff balls.
I also just kept one demolished squirrel which she still likes to play with which has no stuffing and no squeaker. She removed them in the first ten minutes. When I first got her, I was buying six to eight toys per month which all had the same sad fate. When I found the Planet Dog toys, I was so grateful, I emailed the company and received a really nice response.
