I personally wouldn't take them. I've heard of way too many people missing their dogs, after they ran away scared to death. Thunderstorms, loud noises are nothing compared to the very loud, bright flashing lights, that fireworks have.

Keep them safe...keep them home.

Of course, this is just my opinion
