When you are posting or replying you scroll down the page to Additional Options and there is a button that says manage attachments. Click on that and click a button that says choose, that should bring up pics from your picture folder on your computer. then you upload, then hit submit. You might have to resize the pic first...if so here is the link that does it for you.
