Tiny little baby! He is adorable too! Don't worry about that stringy looking hair on top of his head. They go through that phase where it looks sort of thin and stringy. But that is actually a good sign. He will most likely have a nice silky coat! My Ben was the same way. He looked like a ragamuffin for a while, especially as the hair on top turned from black to silver to tan. But now, he has a nice, silky full coat. If the hair always looks full and thick on top of the head as a puppy, it is more likely that they will have a cotton or combination coat.

It is absolutely normal for it to look thin, sparse, and a little stringy on top of the head at this stage and for at least another month or two.
