That is a good question! I mean, sure, they will fetch them and drag them around the house, but they also are going to chew on them at some point. Ben will be good with toys, sometimes for months, and then suddenly shred it to pieces, removing the squeaker and stuffing. I like Dr. Noy's Toys for that reason, they have no stuffing and they come with an extra squeaker.
Thanks for the warning on the new Kong toys. I try to stick with cheaper toys if it looks like something Ben will destroy at will. I don't mind spending a good bit more if they will hold up, but I will skip this one.
