If the puppy is only 7 wks old he is Not fully vaccinated. He will not be fully vaccinated until he's 4 mo. He should not be exposed to strange dogs and he should not be taken outside of your home and own back yard until he is fully protected by all vaccinations, especially if he was taken off mama too early. And not being a brat just stating a fact.
