A couple of us decided that maybe having a discussion about what folks are doing to take down puppy mills and unethical breeders would be a good thing.

This is to throw out ideas, resources, experiences and see what we can come up with.
No idea is wrong or silly. Sometimes the great ideas start with an idea that doesn't quite hit the mark.
