There are so many great toys out there for his teeth! I have never had an issue with my two with their teeth, but I provided lots of toys. There are puppy Kongs- which are soft enough for them to chew and helps their teeth. I also use Nylabones- they love these ones still. Try not to play with him with your hands, if starts pick up a toy and let him chew that instead. Good luck.
