A brooker is the middle man, so to speak.
A BYB or puppymiller will sell their puppy to a "Brooker" for
little money and then the brooker will sell the puppy for more.
Or the "Brooker" works directly with the above and sells the
puppy outright and they split the money.
Either way I think these puppies are breed by the above.
