Well the purpose of confirmation showing...isn't a beauty contest it's to prove breeding worthiness. You want to show a dog who is the standard or so close to the standard...it is the perfect speciman for breeding.
In a match were they do receive points...the animals are required to be intact, so the same rule applies in a AKC B match. The rules are the same...the only difference is no points are earned.
