Prayers, hugs and good thoughts coming your way. I think you made the right decision about bringing her home, too. If they aren't being monitored at the vet's overnight then what good is it for them to be there? At least at home you'll be able to keep an eye on her, although I'm sure she'll be just fine and will be groggy and just sleep through the night.
