It is very difficult for humans to get all the vitamins and minerals they should just from food sources, especially since most of the foods we purchase at the store are at least a week old before they even get to the store. You can only get the optimum nutrition from food sources if they are truly fresh and eaten fairly immediately and not cooked ouf of them.

I know the teddy bear supplement you are referring to and it is a good one!!!!!!
