I'm not sure.
The vet prescribed it for better general health.
The pup has loads of allergies and is getting allergy shots but it was prescribed before we knew what his allergies were. He eats Natural Balance, Limited Ingredient Diet, Sweet Potato and Fish or Venison and gets Salmon Oil and Vit E too.
