No, there's no need to panic. Has he been neutered yet? If not, the vet will usually pull any retained baby teeth at the same time as the neuter. Otherwise, I'd wait until he gets closer to a year old, just to give them time to fall out on their own. If they don't fall out, you will need to have them pulled so tartar doesn't build up and start decaying his teeth.
