I use finger brushes & vanilla flavored toothpaste. For the back teeth, I use the smaller side of the dual ended toothbrush. Dolly will not like it at 1st, but if you keep at it, she'll get used to it. To brush the front teeth, expose her teeth by lifting her lips up (for top) or down (for bottom) w/two fingers. To brush the back teeth, lift one side of her lips. Children's toothbrushes work well too...they like chewing on it.
