Wellness Dog Food makes a "Healthy Weight" dry food that is lower fat and this might work. Wellness is now carried by Petco so you might find it slightly more affordable. This product was an editor's choice by the Whole Dog Journal in 2008 and it's a good quality food. They do have a website you can check out at WELLNESSŪ - Healthy Dog and Cat Food

As an aside, my dog Barney had pancreatitis a few years ago -- was hospitalized and almost died after eating "gourmet" dog cookies. He never got pancreatitis again so just because your dog had it once does not mean your dog will get it again. We avoid giving him real fatty things and control his foods but he has never gotten it again. It is scary!
