Don't worry about your little one.
She's perfect.
Now if you think there is something wrong with her coat, take her to the Vet.
If not, make sure she is eating a high protein, calcium diet (puppy food).
Make sure her worming is kept up to date the first 6 months of her life.
Worms do ruin their coats.
Some coats are thin a silk coat is thin, a soft silk coat is thicker.
As far as her weight,double around 8- 9 weeks. I have never heard of triple.

Woody now is 13 months and is 5.8lbs.
My guess estimate is your pup will be about 5 - 6lbs.
