But that was a pull fee...this is an adoption fee. They do their own adoptions..I would not interfere with that.
Sounds like they are not so careful...poor thing was returned once. Shelters like that who don't cooperate and just put a yorkie in someone's hands that come in with the money bother me, but what can you do? I will pray that the next time they place her it will be a good home.
