There must be a reason that she is giving away all of her yorkies. Last year there was a "breeder" who was giving away all of her yorkies and it just was not good at all. The same woman also gave away yorkies on here before and a few members took them and they were in very poor health and cost hundreds of dollars to vet properly. Just because she sounds nice on the phone does not mean that she is reputable or takes care of her dogs properly. Recently I heard that this same "breeder" had her AKC registrations pulled from all of the dogs that she had breed. Just goes to show you that it isn't always what it seems to be.
