Sometimes it helps to shave the top third or so of the ears. After a few days they may stand up. That happened with Maggie. Otherwise, if the ears are not going to stand up, then that's just the way it is. When we first got Maggie, her ears had packaging tape glued on with crazy glue on the insides of her ears. When that finally fell out, we didn't put anything else in her ears and they started to flop over until we had the groomer shave the tops of her ears. After a few days they came up.
