Sadly, when I called to ask if they would release her to a rescue. She declined and said she would only be released for the $200 and would not even negotiate for a rescue.
Hopeuflly, this little one will be able to fall into the hands of a good owner and get a forever home where she can put her bad life thus far behind her.
