It is possible but all dogs may not thrive on a veg diet.
A pescatarian or ovo-vegetarian diet seems like a much better way to go to me. Natural Balance does make a vegetarian food but it may just be for adults and not pups also. Purina HA is also vegetarian I think, but it is an rx food.
