My Trixie has just been diagnosed with pancreatitis. She was in the hospital from Friday til Sunday. The doctor said she need to eat a low fat diet. He gave me prescription diet Royal canin and Hills low fat to try. These are only sold in the vets office and are quite expensive. I want to give her wet food for now until she gets fully hydrated again then I want to switch to dry. I am planning to give all 3 this dry food. What wet and dry food do you recommend that I can use. I know wellness makes a low fat dry kibble but not a wet one. I found Nutro Natural Choice lamb with rice lite that is comparable to the prescription ones. Is this good food though?
