Please everyone get involved! This is very real and soon we won't have reputable breeders only puppymills to buy from. Because if these bills get passed the puppymills and byb's will be the only ones that can afford the fees that will be attached to breeding of any kind.
If these bills are passed I will be out of breeding totally and I know right now a great breeder in the PA area that is having to reduce and maybe have to get out of this totally because of the horrible laws that are being pushed and that may be passed. I urge you to please write, email, fax your state representives and even in those states you don't live in and let them know we can't have this!!! This is very urgent!!!
