That does sound very confusing. I do not have a groomer for my dogs yet but when I am going to go chose them I would see what other people think of them. How friendly are they? Do they look like they know what they're doing?

I would just go to the different groomers and see what one looks good for you.
And Im sure if you asked for a puppy cut they would tell you what they were going to do.
I have never really thought of this before.
