Thank you all so much for your kind words and understanding. I know I can always count on my fellow YorkieTalkers to in good and the bad.
I must tell you how amazing my little Yorkie, Becca, has been over the last couple of weeks. She took such good care of her sister. Becca is a doll. She is very smart, very loving but also a wee bit on the self-centered side. Usually, the world MUST revolve around her. When Emma got sick, Becca put her sister first and took a tremendous amount of responsibilty for her care. It was amazing to watch her. Emma was very disoriented. She roamed and got herself into all sorts of difficult places. Becca would lead her around, help her out of tough spots and if she couldn't do it herself, she'd come and get me. Other times, she would just sit with her or cuddle into her. She was remarkable. |
