I use Espree Luxury Remoisturizer. It is for dogs and you use it like a conditioner but instead of adding oils it works to open the hair cells to allow better absorption of moisture. I have no dry hair problems with my dogs since using this product.
As far as when you are grooming, there are many good grooming sprays that will help dry hair. The Ice on Ice (already mentioned) made by Chris Christensen has great reviews. There is a product called "The Stuff" that can be diluted with water and it makes a great grooming spray. Cowboy Magic Shine & Detangler, can also be diluted for a nice grooming spray. Crown Royale Magic Touch Grooming Spray is really nice too. |
