I totally agree and something needs to be done but I'm just not sure where you would even start! I'm just so sick and tired of everyone getting up in arms over stories like this little girl but NO ONE ever doing anything to help. Most of the time if I voice my opinion I'm jumped all over. Stories like these make me sick because I know that there will be no good ending. There are so many out there that will take a chance and if the dog dies they boo hoo and go out and get another. Any ideas would be wonderful to move in a positive directions and filter all of this energy into something to make a change.
