Is there such a thing as an exterminator setting up some sort of bug barrier between your yard and your neighbors? I know that we need to be super careful about insecticides around our babies. We exterminators coming into our schools spraying for bugs when the kids are in their classes and roaming around the school. They say it is safe. So, that is where my question is coming from. ~Joanne~
