Nope, My show contracts stipulate the dog/bitch must be showed through Championship. It states the that the dog can not be used for breeding until is Championed. How do I inforce it. I don't place a dog for show unless I know and trust the person. And, I've only placed 1 show potential and it is being shown by me.
My contract states if there is a breeding with an unapproved bitch/stud I will confiscate the dog/bitch and the litter. My dogs/bitches placed in a show home must only be bred to an AKC approved mate.
Never, I have a waiting list. My pups have homes prior to a breeding taking place.
Do you refer to other breeders when you don't have available puppies? Or do you just say sorry and let them figure out their own way.

My contract was written with the help of a laywer, so if there is an infraction on it, it will hold up in a court of law. |
Mine is pretty much like Mary's! Except I didn't have a laywer write it up. Plus, I don't sell show dogs and all my pups are on a spay/neuter contract and if Radar is studded out it's in my contract they can NOT sell show dogs period from his litter and all puppies must be spayed/neutered and placed in a pet home that the bitch owner doesn't keep. But again, Radar isn't up for public stud anyway
