I was reading a post that Jamescandy made a few months ago suggesting to use Shamwow's as washable peepads. I picked up a pack today at Costco and Missy took to them right away! I laid a plastic "kitchen catcher" garbage bag (those small white ones) underneath the Shamwow, just to use as a barrier. I am going to search for a tray to use, but haven't found the right size yet. I am thrilled with how well this little setups works for us though. I got 8 Shamwows (4 large and 4 regular sized) for $20 Canadian. Hopefully they wash and wear well. I just wanted to share this little tidbit for anyone else who is looking for a cheap reusable pee pad. I originally wanted to order washable peepads from a YT'er but the shipping cost as much as the pad does! I just couldn't afford it, and I feel so guilty buying the disposable ones because they aren't very environmentally friendly. I think that I'm going to go and buy one more pack of the Shamwow's tonight.
