Ok, here's a fun story. Took mine 6 years!!!! No kidding! I sent the papers in when Laya was twelve weeks old and got her papers in the mail 6 years later which was just a few months ago. I called several times and they couldn't find her papers. Resubmitted them, still nothing, so I gave up. I knew I wasn't going to breed her or anything so I figured what the heck. Well a few months back I get a charge on my credit card from AKC. I call and they tell me it's for Laya's registration. I was floored. They said whoever was working on her papers had quit and they found the stuff in a desk. Then they had the nerve to send me the "new puppy" video. Hello???? Do you have a "new senior" video? All I could do was laugh, but at least I finally have her pedigree chart. Whoopie!
Needless to say you will probably get yours within a month. Hopefully I was an isolated case!
