Default Buyer/Seller long term relationships

Okay I have been thinking on these questions for awhile and would like to have a serious discussion on these questions. If any one feels uncomfortable on answering on a forum, please feel free to email me at dee@houseofwags.

Does your contract require a buyer of your puppies to have you approve any subsequent puppies bought for future breedings?

Mine doesn't.

If a puppy is sold as a show potential, and the new owner doesn't show it, should they not be allowed to use it for breeding? How would you enforce it?

If your pedigrees have champions, and one of your sold puppies grows up and has an oops breeding--say Maltese and Yorkie, should you as the first breeder or sire's breeder for example, tell the buyer not to mention your championships in the selling of the oops puppies who will not be registered?

Where do you go with something like this situation??

Do you advertise for your unborn litters (like on puppyfind) before your litters are whelped??

Do you refer to other breeders when you don't have available puppies? Or do you just say sorry and let them figure out their own way.

I have been referring new buyers, unscreened, to others and to the forums for them to continue their search for puppies, if they don't want to wait for another litter.
