I'd say it's time for the Vet due to dehydration. Canned pumpkin (without any spice) gives a natural regulation... at the 1st sign of a problem. If pumpkin works, it was just a simple problem, if it doesn't work, then you know they are sick. But they dehydrate very quickly so after this long, they need to be seen.
