 In Loving Memory of Emma
Becca lost her big sister today. After a long, brave fight, I lost my 14-year-old Maltese Emma to a brain tumor this morning. She hung in there for a long time. I wanted so badly for her to go peacefully in her own home but that wasn't meant to be. She was very bad this morning. Didn't stop crying. She was disoriented and, I'm afraid, in pain. The moment had come. I took her to the vet. Held her tight and gave her peace. I take comfort in knowing that she and Meckie are reuniting right now... I've had her since she was 6 weeks old. My heart is just breaking. I knew all of you would understand. |
