I know how you all feel. When I took Snoodles in, I made sure he would give her the right anesthesia, and take the blood test before surgery. He also wanted to keep her over night, but I know in this small town, they come in twice a night to check on them. I was afraid something might go wrong when no one was there. So, I insisted on taking her home. They said they wouldn't be responsible if something happened to her, but I knew I would be right there if something did happen and I could run her back in. Needless to say, she did fine, she was 6 mos. old and weighed in the vicinity of 2#. I stayed up all night with her---she was sleepy, but the next day I had my hands full trying to keep her from jumping on the furniture. But she did real good. She does have scar tissue where he cut her open, but I can't do anything about that! It is so scary, and I will certainly keep you all in my thoughts and prayers!
