I think this is perfectly normal
not normal as in, every dog has it, but normal as in nothing to worry about. LOL. My dad has a border collie mix and she has an odd number of nipples, and one of them is kinda off to the side as well, and none of them line up evenly. It's weird, but nothing harmful.
