My skarkyness aside, how old is the other dog? Is he neutered? Riot just got neutered a week ago and I've noticed him marking even less than before, after a few more weeks I'm hoping it will completely stop inside.
How is he with normal housebreaking? Do you have anything you use suck as a pop can with change or a spray bottle to distract him when he lifts his leg? I found that worked for us...it was almost like when we first brought him home at 11 weeks and had to constantly watch him. That, paired with the recent neuter, have gotten him to almost stop marking.
