Default Please Help Me. My Yorkie will not eat dog food!

First off let me say i am huge animal lover. My yorkie named "Harley" was originally my sisters and i talked her into letting me take him after he was about two or three, and by that time he was pretty accustomed to eating people food and not dog food. I have had him about three years now and have tried and tried to find a dog food that he will eat, but every day i pour a bowl of dog food and it is still there that night untouched. The reason i need him to eat dog food is he has a severe allergy to something and the vet says that it is the people food. His entire back is raw from him biteing and scrating it. It really makes me cringe to even look at it. I have tried not feeding him people food for days at a time only to give back in. The reason i give in is because he does not touch the dog food. The only people food i give him is chicken from logans. I have tried all of the allergy free dog foods and he will not touch them. The other thing that i noticed is that it is extremely bad in the summer time and not that bad in the winter time. My question is, is there any people food that i can fix him on regular night to night basis that he will actually eat and not have an allergic reaction to. I know that ever dog is different, but i just spent a lot of money on every allergy free dog food at the local Pet Supplies store and he just looks at me like i am stupid when i try to get him to eat it. I know it my fault for ever letting it get to this point but i have tried and i really did not have any idea early on that food would do this to a yorkie. And maybe it is not the food. any help to this would be extremely appreciated. also i do treat him for fleas so that is not it. the other thing that i would try would be a dog food that he all dogs would eat because it is that good, if anybody knows of such a dog food. Thanks in advance for any help
