layla goes crazy when she sees other dogs too, but I just got the gentle leader head collar and I saw instant improvement on our walks. She still tries to run towards the other dog but she's a lot more controlled, she's not doing the "treadmill walk" anymore as she was with the harness. plus she is actually walking beside me now instead of trying to run ahead. I think correcting the problem altogether would be best (still trying to figure out how to do that), but you might see some improvement with the collar. |
