Yes, put 1 cc of warm water in the syringe, and dipped the end in KY jelly. The little boy needed another cc (which was fine, b/c the vet said 1-2 cc's), and the girl needed just 1 cc.

I just did the stimulating about 30 seconds after the water, and out it came!
