Congratulations, you'll love being a grandmother. I have a 17 month old grandson who lives 7 hours away. When my daughter was pregnant I too was concerned how my 13 year old yorkie would take to a baby. He could be grumpy at times. Chipper passed on when the baby was only 2 months old so I never found out how he would act towards a small child. My new yorkie, female, is a year old now and she totally loves my grandson. They play together, it's the cutest thing.
