The dog is expecting and she wants to SELL IT? I would get in touch with the Humane Society there. They might even have animal police and have this dog REMOVED from the home. Trying to sell it now IS abuse and unless they can prove they are capable of providing for the mom and litter it should be removed from them.

Has anyone talked to the Vet to prove this is legit? That would be my first move.

That said, I would gladly pick up mommy and deliver her to someone along the route (MI to NY via Canada, if possible. Otherwise, I will stay in the states) or within 4 hours of 10598 for gas money (I drive a hybrid so it should not be a lot), but I would want to pick her up from her Vet only and deliver her to your vet as 10.5 hours is a long trip for a pregnant dog.
