The c section is what is worrying me as well, I called the lady and said I'd call her this evening, she is willing to take best offer. I think she needs to realize the risk and that there is really NO GAIN here, just alot at stake

We may be able to talk her into a much more reasonable price. I am over in Canada, but it's about a 30 min drive for me or so. I just don't have that kind of cash for another couple weeks.
