Jackson marks outside but NEVER inside. He was neutered at 6 1/2 months old and is now 8 months old. He first lifted his leg outside at around 5 months old but even before he was neutered, he never did it inside. Also, he doesn't mark his territory in our backyard or anything, he usually only lifts his leg at other parks, etc.
