I had this happen , I wish I could find the thread, my dog was totally pee pad trained, here and there it went off the sides so I had my carpet cleaned. What I found out from a trainer is that the cleaner they used has amonia in it, it is an attractant... so she peed every where , I got 2 bottles of natures miracle sprayed the rugs everywhere!!
