Confused Potty regression is driving me nuts! Help!!!

My Zoe will be 1 year old next week and she is the love of my life. I got her when she was 9 weeks old and she has been very easy to potty train, to my surprise. I work from home so I was able to be very attentive to her during the initial training and I was very happy to say that by the time she was 4 months old we were completely accident-free.

However, about 3 weeks after she had surgery at 6.5 months old for spay, hernia repair and teeth removal she started peeing on every surface around the pad! 4 times out of 5 she pees on the tile and not the pad (never on carpet tho). I tried to go back to the system that worked and reward and praise her when she goes on the pad but it’s not working.

Her surgery was in January and now it’s June and I’m still cleaning accidents everyday. I’ve tried neutralizing that room with the special spray, putting more pads down, treats and praise, nothing has stuck.

Does anyone have any idea why this started happening after she had been so good before? She only poops outside and goes for 2 to 3 walks a day and pees outside just fine too. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
