Flea Comb: use wet or dry? Ceeby hadn't been in my house two hours until he had picked up a flea or two. One is all I've seen. I have two other house dogs and they have carried fleas into my carpet. Fleas have been really bad here this year. Anyhow, he is now twelve weeks old. Last week, I put Frontline on him. he got nausea (even vomited). He got lethargic. So, I washed it out. Then, I went to the vet and bought a flea comb and some Advantage. They told me to use the flea comb first but when I have tried to use it, he squeals like a little pig and I have to put him down. I see a tiny bit of his fuzz (which I didn't think he even had cause his coat is so shiny and long, but very thick). So, I am going to bath him in flea soap or Dawn today and try to use the comb again. I guess my question is, is it better to try to use the flea comb on wet hair? Thanks |
