I had the same problem with Jada, she's on Royal Canin as well. I had to start mixing Ceasar with her dry or she would not eat. Now she will eat every bite

So tonight, I mixed his "Royal Cainine" with some wet food (Purina chicken & rice). He smells the food and walks away, as he did with the other foods we've been thru.
