Being comfortable with the groomer you chose is half the battle and having recommendations from family members helps make you feel more at ease also. To help ensure you get the results you want, try to have a picture of the cut you want to take with you and be very explicit in your communication with the groomer of what you want and don't want done. To help Ramsey feel a little more comfortable is a strange place, you might want to take a favorite toy of his to help him feel more secure while he waits before and after his grooming.
